Following the release, by Apple, the new version of its IOS 6 operating system beta 2, the Dev Team has updated its jailbreak tool called RedSnow, which now enables tethered jailbreak devices A4 fitted with this new beta version of Apple's firmware.

Today we will see how to jailbreak with RedSnow 0.9.13dev2 tethered devices such as iPhone 3G, iPhone and iPod Touch
4G 4.

General Information:
  • The following procedure can be performed by developers registered all'iOS Center developer and therefore can install iOS 6 beta 2 on your device;

Step 1: Make sure you have installed iPhone iOS 6 beta 2 on your device;

Step 2: Download and run RedSnow 0.9.13dev2;

Step 3: Puts the device in DFU mode, go RedSnow click Extras> Select IPSW> and choose the IOS 6 beta 1 downloaded earlier;

Step 4: Return to the main screen and click efefttuate a jailbreak, but making sure that the item Install SSH is selected;

Once finished with the procedure you must make a tethered reboot, put back the device in DFU mode and go to Extras> Select IPSW, and 6 new episodes to iPhone OS beta 1. Once you identify the firmware, select only the Just boot from the Extras menu to reboot. To install Cydia on your device you will need to act again through SSH mode by following the guidelines in this article.
