How to Downgrade from iPhone iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 6
Now that many of you have tried iOS 6, given the simplicity of activation without UDID, you will be wondering if you can downgrade back to version 5.1.1 and get the jailbreak again. The downgrade on mobile devices was simple as Apple TV, after having tested the possibility of downgrade on Apple TV I
also tested the downgrade on the New iPad and I think that the rule would apply to all devices. Let's see how to downgrade from iPhone iOS 5.1.1 in the previous 6.

1) Check the version of your iTunes, should be the last update, 10.6.3

2) Make a copy of the 5.1.1 firmware on your device for security

3) Connect your device to your Mac or PC

4) Once iTunes detects your device, click on "restore"

Now iTunes should restore the 5.1.1 firmware without difficulty, since it is the last update that recognizes, if iTunes were to agree on the restoration and return some errors, here is how:

1) Put your device into DFU keeping it connected to PC / Mac (hold down simultaneously the key "power" and "home" for 10 seconds, then release the "power" key and hold down the "home" until iTunes will detect again the device)

2) Click "restore" while pressing the Alt key (Mac) or Ctrl (Win) and select the 5.1.1 firmware you downloaded in case.

During recovery you may experience some problems and errors in iTunes, this is a subjective situation, but that can be resolved without compromising the ability to downgrade.
