Sunday Sat out the solution to your iPhone unlocked in all baseband (see article). Author Sam Bingner just dropped an update of SAM that allows you to simply unlocked your iPhone much more simply than before.
Case 1: You have not yet Unlock your iPhone
First of all, your iPhone must be jailbroken iOS 5 or higher. Ignore your baseband (modem version) because this method is compatible with your iPhone, whatever its modem version.
Install Cydia repo via Sat: http://repo.bingner.com
1. You simply open SAMPrefs on your home screen by tapping its icon, go into "Utilities" and click "Enable Attempt".

2. You wait a few seconds the procedure is done, one will automatically respring.
3. Your iPhone will now live for your new SIM card.
Note: You will need to do this operation for all new SIM cards you want to make them operational.
Free to go to "Method" and select "By country and Carrier." Then configure "Country" by selecting "France" and "Carrier" by choosing "Orange".

Case 2: You've done an unlocked with the old method
1. Go iFile, then in the var / root / Library. Delete the file "Lockdown" and then Empty Trash (very important).
To empty the trash pretend you want to delete a file, instead of clicking on "File to the Recycle Bin", click "Empty Trash".

2. Restart your iPhone in and open SAMPrefs on your home screen, go to "Utilities" and click "Enable Attempt".

3. Your iPhone will now live for your new SIM card.
