A Chinese hacker has discovered a way to unlock the iPhone using 4 and 4S Sat
To proceed unlocked you can simply install the
package from Cydia Sat, under the source repo.bingner.com
You will also need a jailbroken iPhone, a computer with the latest version of iTunes and especially about its operator.
